Mr. Berge, over the span of more than three decades, has built an enviable reputation within the Northwest business community for providing the expertise, judgment, and a keen sense of the merger and acquisitions market that clients want and expect.
Mr. Berge most recently co-founded one of the fastest growing global networks of merger and acquisition firms, the Alliance of International Corporate Advisors. During his career in the mergers and acquisitions field, he has been President, Chairman, and board member of IMAP, one of the largest and oldest global M&A networking associations. He was also a co-founder and past board member of the Portland Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), a co-chair of the Pacific Northwest Financial Conference, and a recipient of ACG's Meritorious Service Award. Mr. Berge received a BBA from the Lundquist School of Business at the University of Oregon and has served on their advisory board.
